Amnon F. Harman, CEO
born in 1965, studied aeronautical engineering and industrial engineering in Munich. In 1991, he started his career as a Management Consultant with Arthur D. Little. In 1997, he joined Deutsche Bank, London, where he became Managing Director of Global Technology & Services (GTS) Europe. In 2000 he moved on to the late-stage venture fund e-Millennium 1 GmbH as Investment Manager. In 2003, Harman was appointed as a member of the Managing Board of SUSE Linux AG. After the acquisition of SUSE Linux AG by Novell he was appointed Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Novell EMEA in 2004. Amnon F. Harman has been CEO of AUGUSTA Technologie AG since September 18, 2006.

Berth Hausmann, CFO
born in 1959, studied economics at the University of Tubingen. In 1986, he started his career as a Controller at Buderus AG. From 1988 to 1995, he was engaged in different national and international controlling functions at Adidas AG and subsequently as Group Controller with responsibility for the Europe region. In 1995, he moved to Cellway as Manager Controlling and was promoted to Director Finance and Administration in 1997. From 1999 to 2001, he was Chief Financial Officer at Callino GmbH before joining Healy Hudson AG as Chief Financial Officer at the end of 2001. In October 2004, Berth Hausmann became Chief Financial Officer at 3U Telecom AG, listed in the Prime Standard, and at the same time was appointed Chief Financial Officer to the Management Board of LambdaNet Communications Deutschland AG. Berth Hausmann has been a member of the Managing Board of AUGUSTA since December 11, 2006 and has been CFO since February 1, 2007.

Arno Pätzold, CDO
born in 1963, studied electrical engineering and business administration at the Technical University of Darmstadt. In 1990 he started his career at the Central Strategy Department at Siemens AG. In 1995 he moved to BSH Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH, to take over the responsibility as Head of Marketing for the Division Home Comfort. In 1999 he became Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Infineon Technologies AG. From 2006 onwards he was in addition responsible to organize the Post Merger Integration projects. Arno Pätzold was appointed Chief Development Officer of AUGUSTA Technologie AG on January 1, 2010.
